Book Haus Bookshelf

*Registration soon to be available through Corvallis Parks and Recreation.

Students will use 4 different machines for preparing their lumber, an introductory experience with every major machine in the shop. They will then learn the art of wood glue and clamps for a seamless finish, an integral piece of fine woodworking!  Students will walk away with their own house shaped bookshelf to hang on their wall or rest on their night stand.  No previous experience required, all materials, including safety glasses and headphones, are included in the class except finishing supplies. Both beginning and experienced woodworkers are welcome. This class is for folks ages 10-16yrs.  Instructor: Ashley Merback
