Join us in making a habitat for mason bees, a native pollinator, and increase our native pollinator population! Highland Woodshop is a beneficiary of the knowledge of the late Jerry Paul and hopes to continue his legacy by providing this workshop and a free community cocoon cleaning every October!

About the event

House native pollinators in your garden by building your own house for Mason Bee’s. Visit the Mason bees in action at Highland Woodshop and learn the necessities of this local pollinator. Join us every subsequent October for a demonstration of cleaning cocoons and be ready for your own Mason Bee’s this Spring! $20 goes to materials.

 

Class Size: 4-6 participants

Age: This class is for adults and youth 14+ and 10-14 if their parent or guardian is also registered for the class.
