About the event
In this class, students will learn to craft a wooden bench featuring the beautiful and classic dovetail joint and a through mortise and tenon joint. Students will learn about marking, cutting, and fitting dovetail and mortise and tenon joints using hand tools. This class is eight 3-hour evenings. Please let us know if you cannot make it to one of the evenings. Typically arrangements can be made.
Minimum age: 14
4-6 participants

*We will be working off the book by Peter Korn Woodworking Basics: Mastering the Essentials of Craftmanship
We will have a copy of the book at the shop. But if you like to get the book before class, please feel free to obtain a copy!
